The Ocean Victory, a 460-foot Italian yacht launched in 2014, boasts seven decks and six pools. Construction took five years, culminating in a vessel owned by Russian billionaire Viktor Rashnikov. Known for his privacy, Rashnikov keeps many of the yacht's features undisclosed.
